Description
Agile Level I: Intro & Fundamentals (15 hours)
This course is designed to introduce participants to the Agile project management methodology. Agile content covered will include, frameworks, value-driven delivery, stakeholder engagement, teaming, adaptive planning, and Agile and Design thinking.
Participants will walk away from the course with an enhanced understanding of Agile history and methods, the concepts of value and waste, strategies for stakeholder engagement, effective leadership strategies, flexibility and adaptability in planning, the iterative process, and continuous improvement.
Agile Level II (15 hours)
This course is designed to provide participants with an enhanced knowledge of Agile principles. Participants will build upon the knowledge gained in Agile Level I, through the introduction of case studies and in-depth principles of human thinking and Agile experiments.
Participants will walk away from the course with a better understanding of Agile principles, tools, and processes that are applicable to everyday situations. Problem definition, prototyping, and testing will be covered in great detail.
Agile for Non-Software Projects (15 hours)
This course is designed to introduce participants to the Agile way of working. Agile is not limited to technology organizations. It’s universally applicable to construction and other areas of project delivery where Agile has not been traditionally used.
Participants will walk away from the course with an enhanced understanding of Agile history and methods, the concepts of value and waste, strategies for stakeholder engagement, effective leadership strategies, flexibility and adaptability in planning, the iterative process, and continuous improvement.
