This course is designed specifically for those who already have a basic awareness of these methodologies and are eager to develop foundational knowledge further. This course is ideal for mid to senior-level employees looking to improve their operational efficiency, or executive champions in need of a comprehensive overview of Six Sigma and DMAIC principles. All course activities are group-based, fostering collaboration and teamwork. You will work on a significant current event case study, allowing you to put theory into practice and gain hands-on experience.
